Sofia the First

I haven't posted in forever I know :( I get on kicks where I'm on here and then I go like years without being on hehe. I wanted to come back on as yesterday we decorated our Rains special spot like we always do but yesterday Serenity had a big part in it. Serenity and Tru always pick out things for Rain don't get me wrong but this was special. Serenity had her big dance recital in June and one of her dances was Sofia the First. I always do something for her for her recitals and this year I did most of the stuff in Sofia the First. My neighbor made her a beautiful Sofia the First Bouquet. Serenity from the day she got them wanted to give them to sissy. We been promising Serenity we would decorate Rains Special Spot in Sofia the First so we did yesterday :) It was pretty simple decorations but it was nice and Serenity loved it so I knew Rain would too.

The pictures aren't close up since Ive been doing collages but the flowers are Serenitys now Rains Sofia the First bouquet :) The little figures are also Sofia the First on her stone. It looks very pretty!!

Act of Kindness in Memory of my Rain ♥

We just made some cute sugar cookies for Threads of Love!! We haven't done an act of kindness in a while and it was sure needed. I love doing things in memory of my baby. I think anything that bring people to think of our babies or kids is awesome and of course just doing something nice is AWESOME so combined its FANTASTIC ;) We sure loved making these and delivering these to the sweet ladies at Threads of Love. 

 These are Pink and Blue sugar cookies with Pink and Blue icing :) I added little cute marshmallows just to fill in the empty space and they were super cute :)

As we end this year I wanted to share the site that has been most helpful to me throughout this whole process. It is http://www.last-memories.com/  This is the site I made my Rain her memorial site with.

It is where I can come to see that people are thinking of my Rain by lighting her candles or leaving graphics or whatever they want for her. I get to put music on it that reminds me of my Rain and change the background to whatever the season or holiday is. I just love this site and I cant say enough about it. This site is not just for infant loss its a memorial website so it can be for anyone you have lost. It is free of charge...you do need to pay if you want to do more then what free allows but you can do all the basic stuff free of charge. I hope you all visit this site if you have a need to. Blessing Bags for Christmas

This Christmas Season in Memory of our Rain we made Blessing Bags. I love of course doing anything in My Rains name! I think its a great way to spread kindness during this Christmas season and do something for my Rain at the same time. I got this great idea on http://www.joyshope.com/2010/11/i-heart-big-hearts.html.

We used pretty much the same stuff for each of them and here's what we used.

Water Bottle

Drink Mix Packet

Spoon and Napkin

Apple Sauce

Fiber One Bar

Hand Sanitizer

Toothbrush and Toothpaste

Mouthwash

Deodorant

Wipes

Tylenol Packet

 

Some we also included a bible and socks :)

 

We then put everything in a gallon ziplock bag :) We got these really cute Santa ones you cant really see but they are super cute from the Dollar Store and they came 15 to a pack :)

Last we added a cute little label that said Blessing Bags in Loving memory of Rain Serenity Arizola

then a picture of Tinkerbell in the middle of course because my Rain loves Tinkerbell shes is baby Tink :)  On the bottom it says Jesus is the Reason for the Season!

 

This is a great idea to do of course but especially in memory of your loved one. I always try to personalize everything we do in my Rains name to her style :)



Balloon release for the angels in Disney World

I'm a little late posting this. We went to Disney World in the middle of February till the 1st week of March. While we were there we did a balloon release for my Rain and her angel friends. I always try to do something for my Rain well everywhere we go but when we go to Disney World I try to do a little more than just bring her picture and take some pictures with it in certain places. I mean its Disney World I have to do big things for her. When we left last time I was looking at the balloons and I already knew I wanted to do a balloon release when we went back. Thank God we went back less than a year later and I kept my word we were going to do a balloon release for my Rain and her friends. So we did we did it outside our Hotel which was a Disney Resort so it was ACTUALLY at Disney in the Magic Kingdom section to be exact...I'm pretty sure that's my Rains Favorite park too ;) It felt good to do something there for her. We made tags for all the balloons with the angels names on it...the boys got Mickey and the girls got Minnie we also of course had to make a Tinkerbell one for my Rain Since she is baby Tink!! I hope people find some tags so I can post where they were found. These are the things that I like to do for my Rain. I always want to do things for her. She needs and will be included in everything our family does. She is my daughter.I bring my other two children to Disney so why wouldn't I do something for her. I just wanted to share this and I will continue to share what I do for my Rain. These things really help me. It makes me feel like I'm still doing things for my Rain and I'm showing her my motherly side still even though we aren't together physically.

I will be posting the tags once I figure out how to smudge things out on the computer :) It was a beautiful day as you can tell!! I hope all the angels got their balloons!! I love u my Rain!! Muahz

Angel Friends

Hey!! I just wanted to make this page where all of the angels can be recognized. If you lost you child and would like to share some information about them and how you lost them so it can bring awareness to whatever the reasoning was. Please post their name, birthday and angel day. A story and anything you would like to share. If they have a website or blog please also share that. Thanks everyone. For anyone that has gone through the loss of a child I'm soo sorry it is the worst thing anyone will ever ever go through. I will keep you all in my prayers. God Bless you all!

Thoughts go out to all the angel babies!

Yesterday as I was just doing my daily thing...I overheard one of the nicest couples talking about a baby that just passed away.... I didnt know these people but I mean I cant just walk away from a situation like that with out saying Im sorry and giving them my info to pass on to the people in case the mom wants to talk. I also got an email from another mom who lost her baby at 28 weeks and this was the same situation of the other people the baby was a preemie and lived only one day :( I hate these stories but people just need to realize it happens everyday and we really need to keep these people in our thoughts and prayers and not just for a day or a week or a month how about forever they are always going to need our prayers...their life will never ever be the same and they and I will always need people to think of our child or children who we have lost....so if you could just please take a second out of your day and pray for these people and think of all the angel babies out there. Thank You.


God always puts people in the right place at the right time for a reason...I was meant to be where I was yesterday to meet those truely kind and great people. Im sooo sorry on how we met but I am very glad I met them.
